Pilgrim's Paradise Florida Villas are 2 Award Winning luxury villas located either in the 24/7 guarded / gated community of Solterra Resort or the gated community of West Haven.
The villas are just minutes from the Theme Parks & the local attractions in Champions Gate, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and the best that Central Florida has to offer.
Pilgrim's Paradise Florida Villas were established in 2014 by its founder Liz Prowse after a bad stay at a previous VRBO rental, we knew we could do better!
The addition of our Solterra villa was added to our Portfolio in 2019 and we have a great reputation for providing a quality rental, with additional touches that make it your "Home Away from Home".
Our previous guests return on a regular basis and with glowing 5* Star reviews. Our guests often comment that our homes are professionally decorated, modern & meticulously maintained.
Pilgrims Paradise Florida Villas were proudly awarded 3yrs running a Business Award for our excellent Customer Service & Business Standards given to our Customers, an award we were proud to receive especially with such high competition in the Davenport area!
We are also an A+ BBB company and proud of this status.
Our Villas have oversized lanai's that are not overlooked in two of the best of locations in the area - no rear neighbors, southern exposure & sun or covered areas to relax in.
Each Villa has:
- King Master suites upstairs (West Haven has a King Sleep Number Bed)
- Children's bedrooms including Mickey Mouse (West Haven), Harry Potter & Disney Cruise rooms (Solterra)
- Queen bedroom suite downstairs, which is suitable for guests who do not wish to use the stairs
- Gourmet kitchens that are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
- FREE High Speed WiFi and 4K Smart ROKU TV's in each villa
- Games room with 8ft Pool table in West Haven and Combo Home Theater / Games room in Solterra.
All you need is your sunscreen, flip flops and bathing suit for a fantastic vacation!

About Me - Liz Prowse
I am lucky to be born & bred in Devon UK, but then moved to Iowa USA in 1999. Hence the name "Pilgrims Paradise Florida Villas"
I am a Mum to 2 boys and have a wonderful husband who supports me in this venture. We visit Florida as much as we can and usually when we are there for a holiday we end up fixing, painting, shopping 🤣
I am an avid 49ers & IA Hawkeyes fan and you will hear me screaming at the TV during the football season 💛🖤🏈💛❤️#GoHawkeyes #KittleYourTheMan
We have had many happy memories of holidays in the USA. Staying in hotels, motels and villas, but 2014 after a horrible stay in an VRBO villa we decided we could do better!
We purchased our first Pilgrims Paradise Florida Villa vacation rental villa in the community of West Haven Aug 2014. Our business has continued to grow and with the 2nd Pilgrims Paradise Florida Villa added our Portfolio in the fabulous gated resort community of Solterra in Sept 2019.
Becoming a Short Term Rental Owner was a big learning curve, but with a pride in creating an excellent customer service experience for our guests. We ensure both our Pilgrims Paradise Florida Villas meet our high standards for cleanliness and professionally decorated.
We have been blessed to be able to share our lovely villas with our guests from all over the world and excited to welcome them return back each year..... So we must be doing something right!
