Upstairs Villa Details

  • Main Master King Suite: NEW King SLEEP NUMBER BED & oversized En-suite bathroom with Jetted Tub with a large walk-in shower, double vanity and private toilet area. There is a Large Smart 4K LED TV & cane reading chair. Attached is a fully screened Balcony Deck with loungers, ceiling fan and a table & chairs for relaxing in the evenings bug free. There is a huge walk-in closet which you will die for! Ceiling fan and telephone. Hair-dryer and flat iron for guests to use.
  • Portable Crib: Pack n play crib with linen & blanket
  • 2nd Master Queen Suite: Queen Tommy Bahama 4 poster bed, new Roku LED TV. This 2nd Master suite has a luxury oversized En-suite bathroom with Jetted Tub, walk-in Shower and two separate vanities. Private toilet area. There is also a large double closet area in the bathroom area. Ceiling fan and telephone. Hair-dryer for guests to use.
  • Mickey Mouse Twin Bedroom: Kids love our Mickey double twin bedroom and they have their own En-Suite bathroom and double closet. Ceiling fan and single beside cabinet and Mickey Mouse light.
  • Office Area: Color Wireless Printer provided FREE to guests to print attraction tickets or boarding passes, bookcase with selection of novels and children's Disney books for stories at night!

Outside Villa Details

  • Pool Area: Patio door from family room with pool door alarm. This leads to a dining area with non-rusting aluminum dining table with 6 chairs.
  • Covered Deck Area: The Master Deck above provides shade from the intense Florida Sun. There is also an outdoor shade that can be lowered to produce more shade if needed.
  • Pool / Spa: There is a pool safety fence, large inground pool and spa, which has optional heating upon request.
  • Pool Deck: 4 Resort loungers with side table. The pool deck area gets sun all day and there is privacy florida safety glass in all lower lanai panels for more privacy.
  • Rear Area: Conservation area behind the villa, so no rear neighbors for even more privacy.
  • Pool Equipment: Pool Equipment is to the side of the villa. The Pool is maintained by our property management company. There are Security cameras looking at equipment.
  • BBQ: There is a new charbroil gas BBQ, which can be rented upon request.
  • Bench Storage: There is a bench storage seat with pool toys for our younger guests to use.
