Downstairs Villa Details:

  • Gathering Room: A relaxing adult or gathering place for families with a Large LED Roku TV which has Spectrum TV, backlit wall unit and a large sectional sofa for your comfort. Reclining chair and a coffee/storage table for families with & selection of board games / jigsaws. View to kitchen and dining room.
  • Dining Room: Large dining room table which can seat 10-12 people comfortably.
  • Kitchen: Beautiful fully equipped gourmet kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Upgraded stainless steel appliances including a GAS oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer & granite counter tops. Keurig Coffee Machine, Brita Water Jug, Blender, Electric Can opener, Electric & Stovetop Kettle, Drip Coffee Machine, Toaster, selection of Pots, Pans and Skillets. Breakfast Bar with 4 bar stool chairs.
  • Games/Home Theater Room: Super Home Theater themed room with air-conditioning. Brand new professional Foosball & light/sound Air Hockey table. There is a  1980's style cocktail Arcade Machine with 2 stools. Relive your youth or teach you kids some of the 60 games you played when you were younger. LED Night Sky feature and 70" LED Roku TV with PS4 console, games and controllers. Large coffee table/seating table with storage and 2 large bean-bags. We have insulated the garage door for noise and temperature control, this is then covered with burgundy curtains.
  • Lower level Queen bedroom: Suitable for guests who do not want to use the stairs, Queen bed & Roku TV, quality furniture with bedside cabinets and chest of draws. Corner closet and bench seat. En-suite bathroom with walk-in step down shower, disabled handrail, single sink and toilet.
  • Under-stairs Closet: Vacuum cleaner, dustpan & brush, broom, stroller, highchair and stair-gate for lower stair area.

Upstairs Villa Details

  • Main Master King Suite: Upgraded King Mattress & oversized En-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity and private toilet area. There is a Large Smart 4K Roku LED TV & reading chair. Beach Themed with top quality Ashley furniture. Bedside cabinets have built in USB charging ports and outlets. Ceiling fan, clock radio, full length mirror and telephone.
  • Portable Crib: Pack n play crib with linen & blanket
  • 2nd Master King Suite: King-size bed - upgraded mattress with exquisite bedding, new Roku LED TV. This 2nd Master suite also has a luxury oversized En-suite bathroom with walk-in Shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a large double closet. Ceiling fan, clock radio and bedside cabinets with USB charging ports.
  • Disney Cruise Twin Bedroom: Kids love our Disney Cruise themed double twin bedroom! Professionally painted and decorated. Mirror, LED Roku TV, beside anchor table with lamp. Double closet and ceiling fan.
  • Harry Potter Bedroom: Imagine you are staying at Hogwarts in our Harry Potter Themed bedroom. Bunk beds with full-size lower bed, upper twin and underbed twin trundle bed. Stairs to upper bunk has storage, railing and safety anti-slip stair treads. Relax in the Leather chair, beside the themed book bedside table and Golden snitch tap lamp. New LED Roku tv and themed and themed suitcase chest of draws. Double closet and mirror. Ceiling fan with safety cover to ensure no little fingers can get trapped in the fan.
  • 4th Bathroom: Boat themed bathroom for themed rooms to share. Tub and shower with shower curtain. Single sink and toilet.
  • Office Area: Desk area with Color Wireless Printer provided FREE to guests to print attraction tickets or boarding passes, bookcase with selection of novels and children's Disney books for stories at night! Lounge chair and footstool to take time out to read or just chillax!
  • Stair-gate: Upgraded stair-gate at top of stairs which can be used for our younger guests.
  • Laundry Room: Upgraded Washer and Dryer. Beach towels, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and 2 washing baskets. 

Outside Villa Details

  • Pool Area: Patio door from family room with pool door alarm. This leads to a dining area with wrought iron bronze dining table, 4 chairs and 2 rocking chairs. 
  • Pool / Spa: There is a pool safety fence, large inground pool and spa, which has optional heating upon request.
  • Pool Deck: 4 Resort loungers, side tables with ice cooler and amazing day-bed with canopy for lazy days in the sun. The pool deck area gets sun all day and there is privacy florida safety glass in lower back lanai for more privacy.
  • Rear Area: Our Lot is a pie shaped lot with NO REAR villas and large grassy area with irrigation.
  • Pool Equipment: Pool Equipment is to the side of the villa. The Pool is maintained by our property management company. There are Security cameras looking at equipment.
  • BBQ: There is a new charbroil gas BBQ, which can be rented upon request.
  • Bench Storage: There is a bench storage seat with pool toys for our younger guests to use.
