Just over a week since our 14 night stay at the Solterra Villa.
Words can't describe how amazing this Villa is. It's huge!
Way bigger than we expected.
We are so grateful to Liz for all her help, from pre booking right up until the day we left, she was always there to help.
She definitely went above and beyond for us.

Liz is a fab host nothing is to much trouble always on hand if needed for anything, the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and close to Disney and loads of restaurants, villa and owner are amazing.

We absolutely loved the West Haven Villa!
The villa is incredibly well equipped and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday.
The location of the villa is perfect and everything was in really easy travelling distance.
The villa was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy!
From start to finish Liz made booking and staying at the villa incredible easy.
Her communication was excellent and always really quick.
The little touches and extra effort Liz puts in make booking/staying a really pleasant and stress free experience.
We were a little apprehensive as we had not booked direct with an owner before but there was absolutely no reason to worry.
Liz made it easy from start to end.
Pilgrims paradise will now ALWAYS be our first choice for a villa 😊

We have been home for a few days after our Florida trip, and are already missing our home from home.
This trip was meant to take place a few years ago but unfortunately had to be postponed multiple times due to the pandemic and travel restrictions.
Liz was absolutely amazing with us throughout the entire process, she was so accommodating and understanding when we had to postpone.

We stayed in the West Haven villa, what can I say about this villa other than it was spectacular! Very clean, comfortable, it had everything we could have needed and more.
There were 5 of us staying at the villa and we never once felt there wasn't enough space.

The beds were super comfortable - honestly had some of the best night's sleep I've ever had whilst I was there.
The pool was a big hit with everyone, as was the games room.
The spa bath tubs were particularly amazing to come home to after a long day at the parks.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so it was lovely to arrive at the villa to a little care package to get us started which included toilet rolls, dish washer tablets, a few nice sweet treats etc.
The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was easy to find and there were clear instructions where needed.

Yes.... this villa was stunning in every way possible, but the main reason we will be returning to this villa is because of how helpful, friendly and approachable Liz is!
She is an absolute superstar and I am so grateful to have had the pleasure to stay at her West Haven villa.
I will definitely be re booking for our next Florida trip.

West Haven is situated within Champions Gate, in a lovely, quiet, clean and well presented gated community.
There are lots of lovely restaurants close by as well as super markets which was ideal.
The parks are all within around 30-45 minutes drive away.

I highly recommend going through Pilgrims Paradise to all looking for a villa in Orlando!

Everything we had hoped for!
We have had a couple of mediocre villa experiences before staying at Liz's beautiful home which made us a little wary, but as soon as we communicated with Liz we just knew we were in safe hands!
Nothing was too much trouble, and her reassurance to our questions was very much appreciated
When we arrived we were impressed by the community, just the right distance from the touristy parts and parks to feel like we were near but far enough away to relax.
Quiet and well cared for, the community felt very safe.
The villa was stunning. Everything you'll ever need and all to the highest standard. From fluffiest towels to a ultimate luxury air pillow master bed!
Not overlooked at the back and a gorgeous pool. Just wonderful!
Thank you Liz for not only delivering what you promised but exceeding by some margin!!

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at West Haven Villa.
This villa fully deserves a 5 star rating.
It was immaculate and had everything you would ever need and more. It felt like home.
The furnishings are beautiful and the pool is just heaven (loved the little turtles.)
Liz, the owner is lovely to deal with and is super at responding to any queries.
The location of the villa is great for the parks, shopping, and there are lots of restaurants within a few minutes away.
We didn't want to come home and hope to be back again soon.

A fantastic service from initial enquiry, booking, stay and after care.
Liz communicated in a timely manner and dealt with all questions.
The information provided prior to stay was above and beyond what was expected and the additional information really supported making our trip extra special.
The West Haven villa is a fantastic location, the villa really was a luxurious home from home.
The size and layout of the villa allowed for your own privacy when needed but also a great communal feel.
The villa was absolutely spotless with no complaints whatsoever.
The pool and games room were a huge hit with both adults and children allowing relax time outside of the business of theme parks.
West Haven felt extremely safe and quiet, the villa itself felt incredible secure.

Where do I start?
Excellent communication with Liz made the booking process simple, all questions answered honestly and promptly.
Directions spot on, and then the villa! Just like the photos!
Home from home for sure, had everything we needed especially air conditioning which worked perfectly!
The pool was refreshing and as discussed with Liz for aug no heat but not needed, spot on, cooled us down a treat after a long day out.
The welcome book was so helpful and made eating out far less stressful.
We stayed one night at Hard Rock Cafe and the children both said they couldn’t wait to get back to the villa so that speaks volumes!
Tiny feedback was the garage was very warm and we didn’t want to damage the air con leaving the internal door open but we still managed many games of pool.
The boys really enjoyed that in an evening.
So thank you. Can’t wait to come back! 5 stars ⭐️

Thanks for the comments regarding the garage temp. We do have an AC tower in there, but with the excessive 100F+ temps Florida is experiencing, it is struggling to keep up. We will look into insulating the door to try to help keep the heat out.

What can I say, but amazing, we stayed at The Solterra Villa for 2 weeks (arrived back home 29th July 2023), the Villa was beautiful, very clean and extremely organised, we loved the themed bedrooms, the swimming pool and hot tub was just what we needed to unwind.
Will definitely be booking again, already looking at 2026.
Liz was fantastic with rearranging our dates, due to covid.

This was our 3rd trip back to the West Haven villa and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit the Orlando area.
The property is so comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The pool has been recently refurbished and is stunning.
There are great restaurants and stores locally to meet all your needs and the Disney parks are only 15-20 minutes away. Such a great location.
Liz is an incredible host and nothing is to much trouble.
We very much look forward to our next stay in our home from home.

We had a wonderful two weeks spent at Solterra in May this year.
The villa is incredible and my children enjoyed the pool as much as they did Disney World!
The villa is immaculate and there is everything you need for the duration of your stay.
It's within perfect distance from the parks and close to supermarkets.
The neighbourhood is beautiful and we had very friendly neighbours (although some days we didn't have any!)
Liz is super helpful and keeps in constant contact with anything you need to know.
We will absolutely be returning as soon as we have saved up!

Definitely a 5 Star stay!
Loved the house, the pool area and the balcony is amazing!
The neighbourhood is great, took quite a few walks around and people are so friendly 😊
The clubhouse is great, we didn't really use it but we went and checked it out.
Played a few tennis games at the court and pool games in the garage.
Easy tv chill in the evenings with plenty to watch.
Recommend a 100%.

Plus Liz is just the best 😍 She's always ready to help and she always texted if there was anything we needed to know.
Had a few weather warnings and she always let us know 😊 would recommend this house just to get her 😜

We have traveled to Orlando quite a few times with family and most times, hired a villa.
Have to say that this is the best one so far!
Liz was so helpful. Both before and during the holiday, sending us information about local activities and vouchers.
We were a little unsure about the child car seat laws, and she was quick to send us the information.
We arrived early evening to find no queue at the gates, enabling us to register quickly as Liz had given them our details.
The villa is entered using a coded key pad. We were made to feel very safe as the villa has cameras outside (only on sides of villa/ not near pool) and the door that led to the pool had an alarm to notify us when the door opened.
Great when you have young children eager to get to pool!
The welcome card and an Easter gifts for the children were very much appreciated.
The property is faultless.
The towels were new and the bedding beautifully crisp!
We only used 3 of the 5 bedrooms but we’re spoilt for choice as each either had its own en-suite or was very close to a bathroom.
The open living space is great for families and we were struggling to get the children out of the pool!
We can’t thank Liz enough for her care and attention which made our holiday so special and without a doubt would book through her again…. Hopefully not to far in the future!!

Our multi-generational family (grandparents, middle-aged adults, teens, and children) spent four nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The communication prior to arrival was excellent: the check-in process was seamless;
The home was clean and organized, as advertised; and the property instructions were clear.
We had plenty of space to spend time as a family and also have privacy when needed and the pool and hot tub were great.
The only challenge we encountered was with the WiFi and internet access in the neighborhood.
The WiFi at the home was okay, but once outside of the home, there didn't appear to be access for miles.
Beyond that, this was a fantastic accommodation and we look forward to returning in the future!

We have just returned from a short stay at the villa in West Haven.
Liz was so kind allowing us to stay in her home when we decided on an extension to our Florida holiday.
The moment we walked through the door all we could say was wow!
This home is gorgeous so homely and Liz is just the best host, excellent communication with us. She has thought of everything, so many little touches that just make your holiday perfect.
The kids loved the games room and the board games that we made use of on the freezing cold Christmas Day.
The bed in the main bedroom was so comfy!
Everything in this home is high end quality from bedding to towels to appliances.
It was such a shame we couldn’t make use of the pool, spa or loungers but it was all immaculate. The photos on the website do not do this home justice I love it.
We will definitely be back when the weather is hot to we can fully enjoy this beautiful home.

We stayed at this lovely villa in September 2022.
Not only does it have everything you could ever need, it also kept us safe during Hurricane Ian. Liz is a pleasure to deal with and kept up well informed before and during our stay.
It was thanks to a message from her regarding a possible hurricane risk the week before it happened that we were able to stock up before things got crazy in the shops.
She also ordered in additional emergency supplies for us.. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Florida

We initially booked the Villa mid 2020 for our holiday in May 2021 but obviously due to all the restrictions we couldn’t take the holiday.
We have known Liz for over 25 years and have been longing to visit her Villa.
Liz’s communication with us was top notch and we had no qualms about booking with her and she was very accommodating at changing our dates to June 2022.
Liz has thought of absolutely everything in the Villa which makes it a home from home.
The Villa is beautifully decorated and no expense has been spared.
Everything is immaculate. The master bedroom suite is the biggest I have ever experienced.
It’s amazing!! The bed in the master is a Sleep Number. If you have a preference as to the firmness of your mattress you can change it to your likening.
The other 3 bedrooms are also lovely and very comfortable. We are a family of 4 adults and it was nice that our “kids” 23 & 21 had their own space. The pool area is lovely. There is shade and you can be in the sun. I would highly recommend paying for the pool & spa heat. The spa is very welcoming after a long day at the parks. We also paid for the use of the gas barbecue. We didn’t want to eat out every night so we made use of the barbecue on several occasions.
There are numerous leaflets for takeaways/deliveries in the Villa which we also made use of. I would highly recommend Diromio’s Italian delivery. Very scrumptious and arrives piping hot still.
The area of West Haven is lovely and quiet.
This is needed after the hustle & bustle of the parks.
I have no hesitation in giving this accommodation 5***** neither would we have any hesitation in returning, which we hope to do once we’ve saved up again.

Three generation family stayed for 2 weeks in June.
Liz is the perfect owner, she stuck with us throughout covid, facilitating numerous date changes and was always swift in response.
I felt Liz was like a friend by the time we actually got to go!!!
We’ve stayed in a few villas in Orlando, whatever the pics look like, you're never sure what to expect till you walk through the door. I was pleasantly surprised with our findings!!
The villa is spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfy, best I’ve slept in at a villa.
The games room is outstanding, far superior to anything we’ve had before.
Pool area was also very good, spacious and plenty of comfortable seating.
We paid for pool heating and I’m so glad we did, the spa was wonderful.
Liz seems to have thought of everything when equipping the villa, there wasn’t anything we needed that hadn’t been
provided.
I would 100% recommend the villa and would stay again in a heartbeat if I return. Liz as a host is wonderful ***** stars!!!!

We recently stayed at the lovely Solterra Villa over Easter.
After a couple of years of changing dates / plans due to Covid restrictions I found Liz the property owner to be really accommodating with the changes and was always so quick to reply and help.

The Villa is decorated beautifully and having quite high standards myself we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor of the Villa.
Our boys loved the games room and pool and Liz was on hand immediately to answer any questions which we found reassuring.

The location is perfect for Disney and local restaurants/ supermarkets. Our boys also loved the pool and gym at the club house.
We will definitely be booking again in the future and look forward to another Disney vacation.

Just got back from 2 fantastic weeks at the West Haven Villa.
The villa is lovely, really big and spacious, really clean and in a great area.
All the facilities you would want for a self-catering holiday as well as enough games and activities to do to keep anyone entertained during the random storms that comes as part and parcel of being in Florida.
The games room was a particular favourite and the new pool cloth took our competitions up to the next level (I won 😂!!).
The pool area was great, we didn’t heat it and was glad we didn’t as the freshness of the pool was great after a hot day in the parks.
Only had 1 small issue which Liz solved in a matter of seconds (literally). Communication from Liz was great and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will hopefully be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay.
This is a great home for families, very kid centric.
We surprised our son with a trip to Universal for Harry Potter World.
He was so excited to see the HP themed game room, movies, XBox and a PS with games.
He has wanted to play Minecraft and finally got the chance so he was thrilled.
We enjoyed the chance to try a sleep number bed since we’ve considered getting one. Lol, that and a hot tub!
The only trouble we had was getting the pool cover back on which is a requirement. I mentioned it to the owner after we checked out and she told us exactly how to do it, wish I had thought to ask earlier since she was always so quick to respond. She said she would update the check-in info to include it to help future renters. I believe her, they are very thorough!

What can I say other than absolutely perfect.
We stayed over Christmas and New Year and had the best time at Pilgrim's Paradise.. that’s exactly what it is… paradise!
The home is beautiful and is decorated to a very high standard throughout, the beds are super comfortable and you have everything you need at your fingertips.
The extended pool deck and jacuzzi made the beautiful sunny days even better, the sun is there all day but there is also welcome shade when required… the Day Bed was just amazing too.
Games and movie room was loved by our teenage boys.
The best thing though was Liz, never have I stayed in a villa where the owner is literally on call. Liz shared her local knowledge and checked in on us to make sure everything was good, this was so welcomed.
We will 100% be back, it felt like home and we are missing this view already ❤️

On entering we were impressed by the size and decor of the rooms.
The house is well equipped and lacked nothing that we needed.
The games room is a brilliant addition.
Pool area was very tranquil, overlooked by trees that didn't block the sun.
Master bedroom balcony felt very luxurious.

Definitely recommend this property 😍
We have recently returned home after staying at the West Haven property over Christmas. From the first communication with Liz, and all the way through to the day we left, the experience was 5*. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, the kitchen had more bits than we needed, (and that included making a full Christmas dinner!!) the outdoor area was perfect, we made good use of the hot tub in the cooler Winter weather.
We would definitely recommend this property, and will be returning the next time we come to Orlando. Thank you so much Liz!

Gorgeous Home!
The house was exactly as stated!

This rental was great because it had all of the amenities and details you would expect from checking into a hotel but with the space and comfort of being in a house. The place was clean, the linens were clean, there were amenities in the restrooms including soap, shampoo, trashbags, tissues, paper towels. There were signs and resources to provide information, and thankfully, there was a keypad lock. Nicely done. One note, the pool could have been cleaner. The water was cloudy (why?)

This was our first time booking direct and was very nervous, but Liz was amazing and very patient with me and made the process so easy. The villa is the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in, very high quality furnishings, the attention to detail is amazing, lots of lovely personal touches and everything you could wish for. The pool and hot tub are great, we spent lots of time relaxing on the decking. My adult son also loved the games room and Playstation and the arcade machine gave us lots of laughs. Solterra resort is also lovely with lots of great facilities and very secure. Liz Thank you for everything, we arrived quite late to the after a bit of a delay at the airport and a flight detour around Boston after the airspace was unexpectedly closed. We heard that some later flights were cancelled, so feeling very lucky!
Your villa is absolutely stunning. It is even more beautiful in real life. We could not have chosen a more perfect home for the week!
It looks like you have thought of everything, the little details you have thought of are mind blowing.

Beautiful Villa
We stayed at this beautiful villa for 12 nights. Loved the layout of the villa, great pool area and Harry Potter themed games room.
The owner, Liz, made us feel welcome with a card and bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival.
The master bedroom had an amazingly comfy bed and a balcony, where we sat every morning with our coffee watching the sun rise. Villa in great location for parks, malls etc, and good for local shops and restaurants.
We would definitely book to stay here again, though we would also be tempted to try Liz’s new villa at Solterra which also looks great!
Definitely recommend, easy booking and very helpful prior to arriving and whilst there.

Highly recommend Pilgrims Paradise
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Liz was so easy to deal with & made the whole booking process very simple.
The villa was amazing, definitely one of the best we’ve ever stayed in.
Extremely comfortable with top class furniture & furnishings.
Liz also left us a bottle of Prosecco on arrival as we celebrated our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture.
We were a party of 4 adults & 2 children & had loads of space.
We paid extra for the pool heat & it was so worth it. The hot tub is fabulous.
We highly recommend this villa & hope to return in the very near future!

Our first stay in this amazing house. We were a family with older children & a 2 year old grandson. The house accommodated us all perfectly with plenty to do with games room, swimming pool, tvs, toys, games, books etc. Perfect location, close to local shops & restaurants, and all parks not too far. The house is located on a secure gated community, very nicely kept. The house was beautifully furnished & equipped with good quality furnishings. I would highly recommend this villa not just because of the above, but because Liz the owner was extremely helpful both before & during our stay.

Perfect for families
There are no cons, only pros. The home is amazing and so spacious, and 2 living rooms perfect for kids and adults and peace and quiet ..... Practically everything you would need in a home is there, bar paper products.
Pool was awesome and loved the hot tub. Location good with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores etc. a short distance away.
Booking was smooth and Liz the owner is very hands on and makes it so easy for you.
Also left us a box of goodies for our arrival, went above and beyond. Games room was Wonderful for kids and adults. Our 10 days flew past.
Would def. return again. Thank you Liz!

SIMPLY STUNNING !!!!
This was our first stay at Pilgrims Paradise.
It is such a fabulously furnished and superbly clean villa with some special touches on arrival which made it quite special.
My 3 boys especially loved the cool games room and pool area. Great location close to shops and restaurants.
Very comfortable and simply just perfect in every way. All communications with Liz were extremely responsive and very helpful.

Fabulous villa
We have had an amazing holiday in Pilgrim's paradise.
The villa is lovely, spacious, clean and the thought that has gone into the finishing touches was just the best.
The Games room was a big fave with our family and the barbecue was a bonus when we wanted a rest night. The decor is beautiful and the quality of everything is high spec.
Liz is approachable and more than happy To help. Our only gripe was having to leave!

Amazing Villa
Just got back from our stay in Pilgrim's Paradise and it lived up to its name!
The house was immaculate & very well maintained, every possible appliance etc provided (inc pool towels which was a great bonus as no need to make space in our cases for ours!). Very tastefully decorated and everything in perfect condition.
Loved the Harry Potter themed games room.
Location to Disney was great- quick and easy and the Champions Gate area was lovely.
Liz, the owner, was incredibly helpful and prompt to reply when I was booking and lots of nice personal touches throughout the process.
This was our 1st visit to Orlando and we will be back, we LOVED it.
Would not hesitate to stay at Pilgrim's Paradise again and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Our Piece of Paradise 😍😍
Our visit to Florida could not be more Perfect having this home to stay in... I could not say anything other than AMAZING, PERFECT!!
All the comforts of home and much more.
Our family really had a great time we had two 8 year old boys and a little one of one that we could not get out of the pool!!
We had a great time! The home was pristine and beautifully maintained It truly is a paradise.
We only needed help on working the grill and I contacted Liz which she responded immediately by sending someone from the management office.
It was a simple solution which afterwards we fired up the grill and made some juicy steaks and burgers 💕
We visited Busch Gardens and Clearwater Beach 🏖 they were both so much fun but quite honestly we pretty much BBQ’d and played in the pool most days we really just enjoyed that home.
I trust you will too it was well worth it and we will be coming back again!

Luxurious, clean and stylish home.
Wonderful Villa, decor beautiful, absolutely spotless and everything from beach towels, hair dryer with diffuser to heated spa, fabulous pool with night lights and two large spacious lounges.
Everything is wonderful, the master bedroom has an amazing 6ft bed which adapts each side to suit and a lovely balcony.
The location is ideal too! Lovely place and we will definitely be back.

Enough privacy for everyone, spacious, top amenities.
Even enjoyed the days just hanging in the house!
Only problem was the pool never heated up fully but it was nice enough during the day where it wasn’t that much of a problem. Didn’t do any night swimming. Other than that, superb!

Quality Villa for Disney / Florida Holiday
The villa provided high quality accommodation even for our large group (6 adults and 2 kids).
The villa is not like a holiday rental, it’s furnishing and facilities are of a high standard. It is open plan and very spacious.
The kids loved the Disney-themed twin room and the Harry Potter games room!
To the rear there is a good sized pool which has a safety fence that you roll back and the door to the pool area is alarmed to warn if the kids go out there.
The villa is located in Champions Gate with easy access to Interstate 4, Disney world is just two exits (10-15 mins) along I4. Local amenities are all close by and there is a good list in the villa.
The villa is an ideal base for the Disney parks and other attractions in the area.
It was nice to come ‘home’ after a busy hot day in the parks, dip in the pool and cook on the BBQ or eat locally. It was great just to chill out in the evenings.
If you have any queries or problems the local agent (MC) is very helpful.

We highly recommend this quality villa as a base for a holiday in Florida and will definitely be back.

There were 7 of us in total and we had plenty of space for us all.
The house is beautifully presented and Liz is just amazing to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble.
It truly felt like a home away from home and we are missing it already.

Mrs Liz Vacation Home
My husband and I have a family of three kids, from teenagers to a toddler.
We really enjoyed the stay at her beautiful & spacious home!
The only regret is we didn't book for more nights.
The home even accommodated my handicapped mother in law with what we call "the mother in-law suite" there is truly something there for everyone & besides.
Mrs Liz being extra sweet to me.. I didn't notice.. But upon departure she & her husband sent us a card congratulating us on our upcoming marriage!
I will never forget her kindness and I recommend her to anyone! Thank Mrs Liz! 😘😍

Good to be back!
This is our 2nd trip to Pilgrim's Paradise and again we had an awesome vacation. We loved the pool and games room.
Excellent location for our trips to Universal, Busch Gardens, Deep Sea Fishing and beach days.
The kitchen, living areas and bedrooms made it a perfect stay.

This homes accommodations were fantastic!
It allowed us to come back from our busy days to eat, relax and have fun!
This is our 1st vacation rental villa we have stayed in and I would highly recommend it over staying in a hotel.

Better than our wildest dreams
This is such a beautiful home. The enjoyment here has been out of this world.
The weather has been fantastic and the villa is so clean and beautifully decorated.
We celebrated our 50th Anniversary here and what a way to celebrate.
Pool was amazing and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time..... We will be back!

Awesome rental!
We rented this house with our friends; 4 adults, 4 kids.
There was plenty of room & plenty to do.
Beautiful home & we all had a great time.
The house was in a very nice gated community & was a short drive to Disney & Universal.

Fantastic Villa
We had a great time staying at Pilgrim's Paradise Villa.
The villa was finished to a high standard and in a nice quiet setting.
It is very handy for the theme parks and has plenty of shops and restaurants a 5 min drive away.
The owner Liz was fantastic.
She was very kind and accommodating when we had last minute family health issues and provide us with lots of helpful info about our stay.
Great place for a family holiday, would highly recommend!

Perfect!
This villa is beautiful, everything we needed was at hand.
Our son loved the games room and pool and our older daughters loved the pool and the WiFi!
The house is beautifully presented and very clean.
We were well placed for the parks but enjoyed coming back to some peace and quiet later in the day.
Liz was very easy to contact and we will certainly return here again if we book another Orlando stay.

Perfect!
This home was perfect!
Liz was very easy to communicate with and responded within minutes of contacting her.
She also checked in with me the day we arrived to make sure everything was as expected...which it was.
The pool area was great. There were pool toys and floats provided. The entire house was spotless!
Loved the two living areas and two master bedrooms. The location was perfect and the gated community was a plus.
They have thought of everything you would need when away from home such as blow dryers in the bathrooms all the way down to potty chairs for the toddlers. My family has decided we have no need to look for another rental when we return.
Pilgrims Paradise will be our rental.

Beautiful Home!
It had everything we needed!
Kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the privacy of no rear neighbors.
Great location!
Liz is very nice & responded quickly to all of our emails.
Only issue we had was that the clothes dryer was being repaired, inoperable our entire stay of 9 days. But we were warned about the fact it might now be fixed & had an airer.

Awesome Stay!!
Pros: EXCELLENT Vacation home!
Everything was pristine!
Can't wait to visit again!
Minor issue with the pool not being warm enough on the first day but someone came out to help right away.

Maintenance was not as swift to come and repair the broken dryer. There was a broken blender that was replaced upon request but the dryer was untouched. I received and apology email from the owner and the maintenance manager. There was a drying rack in the house so I'm thankful that was thought of, otherwise there would have been no way to dry the clothes.
Despite it not being a 5 star stay, I'd come back to visit!

Great Memories Made Here!
We absolutely LOVED this house!
It was even better than the pictures!
Everything that we needed could be found here. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room.
She even ASKED to go to bed at night.

The house is located in a beautiful gated community and is backed up by a very responsive management team.
Liz was also awesome to work with. She got right back to us on questions we had.
The total customer service package is top notch!!

We enjoyed the outlet malls, Disney Springs, Disney and of course the pool at the house!! We have so many great family memories from being at this house!

The greatest compliment you can give a rental is to say you would pick that spot all over again.
Believe me, when we are ready to go back to that area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will once again be at the top of our list!! Loved this experience!!

We give this home an A+!!
Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience.
Everything is geared towards you!
The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone.
We loved the layout. Our grandson was delighted when he saw the Mickey Mouse room. He has never asked to go to bed before and he was super exhausted!!
We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by in Champions Gate and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool.
The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition.
The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again.
When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again!
Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!!

I enjoyed every minute we spent in this home.
The home was huge and we had a lot of room and space.

Wonderful villa made our vacation very relaxing
The villa was wonderful!
It was in a great location, with great amenities.
Kids loved the pool/hot tub, & I loved the kitchen that allowed us to make healthier meals and the sleeping accommodations were fabulous.
Great location with easy access to the parks, day trips to the beach and access to grocery markets and other stores.

Shame we only stayed two weeks!
This "Home from Home" really had the wow factor!
Everything you could want and more from a holiday villa.
The games room, spa, pool are great for the kids and grown-ups.
It was such a shame we only stayed two weeks - we would have liked to have stayed a 3rd just to spend in the villa to really get the max use out of it.
