- MINIMUM 4 Night Stay
- A deposit of 20% is needed (non-refundable) to secure booking.
- All bookings are required to pay a refundable security deposit of $600 / £600 together with their final balance payment.
- The full balance to be paid 90 Days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned approx upto 4 weeks after departure from our Villa, following an inspection by our Management Company.
- Bookings within 90 day of arrival will need to pay the full amount together with the security deposit at the time of booking.
- Our Calendar could also show minimum nightly rate for bookings more than 365 days out and may not be a true cost value for your stay if it is in a high/peak period. We advise that you check the rates with the owner before you make your booking.
- RATES FOR LONG TERM RENTAL ARE NEGOTIABLE.
- NO PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS - Due to SEVERE allergy
- NO SMOKING - We do NOT ALLOW smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or Marijuana inside any of our villas.
- Parking - we allow 2 vehicles to be parked on our driveway. NO PARKING allowed in our garages.
- All Booking Deposits are NOT refundable, however if you need to cancel a specific trip due to mitigating circumstances we may sometimes be able to carry the deposit over to a future trip if we have the availability.
- We do accept CREDIT CARD payments (however due to our USA Stripe processing company, there maybe a convenience fee charged for using this option)
- Our Villas are a low allergen environment and we do take precautions and accommodations for guests with allergies.
- We adhere to the FLORIDA strict Covid guidelines and ensure our villas are cleaned to the highest of standards for our guests.
